It seems that some guests have experienced slow check-in and poor service, which can be a downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

The air conditioning in the room was broken. But we got a new room (free upgrade). The Wifi didn't work in the room

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location, set above the golf course, provided stunning views that we could enjoy in a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and had all the comforts we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff at this venue were exceptional, providing a good service throughout our stay. The breakfast was superb, offering a delicious continental spread. We also appreciated the leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and the spa center, where we could relax with massages and lounging by the pool.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Extremely friendly staff, very neat rooms, good food in the restaurant and very good wines

Partly considerable construction noise, from 5:30 o'clock grooming of the golf course starts. Then you can forget about keeping windows open.

We stopped here for a night and wine tasting! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was small but fine.

The breakfast variety is reasonably good with great view and sourdough bread, as example, fantastic service.

A little chunk of paradise. The Superior rooms have an excellent view of the mountain ranges. Great pool which is always warm despite not heated. Breakfast is a buffet affair with so many different fruits to try. Really enjoyed it.

Our stay at the lodge was overall pleasant, despite a few minor hiccups. The location of the lodge is stunning, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and featuring an infinity pool that is perfect for relaxation. The room we stayed in was modern and well-equipped, with a nice shower and bathroom amenities. We were also grateful for the upgrade to the Chardonny suite after some initial issues with the standard room. The breakfast offered at the lodge was excellent and the staff were accommodating and responsive to our needs.
